Refund policy

At Little Drift Co., we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please email us at hello@littledriftco.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified when your refund is approved. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are unable to accept returns on items that have been washed, worn, or altered.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis while inventory is available. If you’re hoping to exchange for another item or size, email us and we’ll help you find the best option.
